Tiger Cub Den
The Tiger Cub den consists mostly of kids who are in the first grade. Most tiger cubs have an adult partner (usually a parent) that enjoys some of their activities with them. They normally meet twice a month as a den, another time for an activity, and they attend regular pack meetings.
In order for the cub scout to earn the tiger cub totem, he has to learn the tiger cub motto, the cub scout sign, and the cub scout salute. For the cub scout to earn the tiger cub badge, he has to complete a family activity, a den activity, and a "Go See It" activity in the following categories:
- Making My Family Special
- Where I Live
- Keeping Myself Healthy and Safe
- How I Tell It
- Let's Go Outdoors
Once this is earned the scout can begin working toward a new rank.

***Blue and Gold Banquet and Awards Ceremony: Tiger cubs awards will be awarded to the children who have completed the Tiger Cub requirements. All parents should contact Allen Wyatt NOW to see which requirements their Tiger needs to finish!!!! The Blue and Gold banquet is at the end of February. {The Tiger Cub requirements can be completed at a later date-sometime this school year…but the kids would enjoy the banquet more if they were getting their Tiger Award.}
